In the early years of his life itself, Mr. Gupta saw a dream to rule the real estate business. The year 1976 saw his dreams come true when he carved out the design of a colony called Vidyut Nagar on Ajmer Road. The development of Vidyut Nagar Colony was an important stepping stone on the road to his success. Soon , he brought about the development of other colonies some of which are Shiv Shakti Nagar, Kasturba Nagar, Udainagar A, Udainagar B, Shalimar Bagh, Indraprastha, SBBJ officer's colony, C.B.I. Colony and Anukampa Vihar. The Group laid the foundtations of Anukampa-I in the year 1990, which was followed by a similar ceremony for Anukampa-II in the year 1992.

Life father, like son, Mr. Gupta's son - Prashant grew up with a great sense of discipline, sincerity and devotion to work. His innate humbleness and respect for elders is his personality. After graduation with flying colors, he joined the spearheading work of the Anukampa Group. He followed the wise footsteps of his father in the construction business and infused it with youthful zeal, a fresh perspective and innovative ideas. In fact, some the commercial and residential projects which were completed under his supervision are considered to be the jewels in Anukampa crown. Shyam Anukampa on Ashoka Marg, Anukampa Tower on Church Road, Anukampa Apartments in Malviya Nagar and Prestige Apartments near Secretariat, Jaipur are just some of these priceless creations.

Mr. Gupta's determined endeavors and futuristic vision, are set to expand the horizons of the real estate industry in the coming years. The Anukampa Group and its chairman, Mr. Gupta aspire that the State Government of Rajasthan would soon work out a housing policy that would prove beneficial and advantageous for the middle class to enable them to own a dream house at low cost. Apart from this, the Group hopes that the State Government would also formulate regulations that would offer relief and concession to the players of the construction industry.
